Ginger’s Birthday Bash: Tickets Now On Sale

Following sellout shows over the last four years, we once again return to London to celebrate Ginger’s Birthday on the 17th December 2013.

Arguably the most anticipated live show of the year among fans, this year’s event will be held at KOKO in Camden.

In past years we’ve had reformations, reunions and special guests galore. What will happen this year? The only way to find out is to be there!

Tickets are on sale now from Ticketweb. This event will sell out, and quickly, so don’t delay or you risk missing this year’s surprises.

New Year, New Twitter Handle

To mark the beginning of what’s looking to be another very busy year, Ginger has decided to change his Twitter name.

If you were already following him on Twitter then you still will be, but if you’re an occasional reader who usually looks him up at @GingerNYC then you’ll now find him at his new address @GingerWildheart.

Ginger Wildheart Band to support The Darkness

The Ginger Wildheart Band will be hitting the road in the Spring to support The Darkness on their UK and European tour.

Ginger commented on Twitter: “Joyous news abounds & keeps-a-comin’. I, along with my wonderful solo band, will be supporting The Darkness on their March UK and Euro tour… So very chuffed to be playing with me old muckers @thedarkness again. Love those fellers. Proper big man love too.”

Hey! Hello! – How I Survived The Punk Wars

How I Survived The Punk Wars, the first video from the Ginger and Victoria Liedtke Pledge project Hey! Hello!, is now available on YouTube.

After you’ve had a listen, and no doubt loved it, you can pre-order their debut album (and get the songs before anyone else) here, where you’ll also be able to pledge for the two Mutation albums.

Hey! Hello! is a new project featuring Ginger Wildheart and Victoria Liedtke.

To whet your appetite, and give you an idea of the direction the project is taking, two video teasers have appeared online which you can view below.

Ginger has confirmed this will be part of his next Pledge campaign – featured as a separate singles project – alongside the eagerly anticipated Mutation albums.

Download Warm-Up Dates

Ginger will play a number of warm-up shows in the run up to his appearance at Download Festival.

These shows have now been confirmed as:

• 1st June – Belfast, Mandella Hall – Tickets
• 2nd June – Manchester, Club Academy – Tickets
• 3rd June – Glasgow, Cathouse – Tickets
• 4th June – York, The Duchess – Tickets
• 5th June – Birmingham, The Asylum – Tickets
• 9th June – Download Festival

The band will consist of Chris Catalyst, Denzel, Rich Jones, Victoria Liedtke & Random Jon Poole.

Special guests in Manchester, Glasgow, York and Birmingham will be The Guns and Baby Godzilla, whilst joining Ginger in Belfast will be LaFaro and Trucker Diablo.
