Acoustic Wildhearts Tour

This December, Ginger and CJ will head out on a small, intimate tour of the UK, where they will play a selection of Wildhearts songs in an acoustic setting!

Tickets for these shows will likely sell out quickly, so don’t delay in getting yours from!

Ginger to support Courtney Love on August 2013 Shows

Ginger will playing guitar with The Courtney Love band for her Las Vegas and Californian dates, and also playing an acoustic support set!

The dates are:
22nd August 2013 – Vinyl at Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas
23rd August 2013 – Vinyl at Hard Rock Hotel, Las Vegas
24th August 2013 – Phoenix Theater, Petaluma, CA
25th August 2013 – Belly Up Tavern, Solana Beach, CA
26th August 2013 – Troubadour, West Hollywood, CA

Ginger will be joined at the Las Vegas shows by Conspirators (Slash’s band) Todd Kerns and Frank Sidoris.

Ginger London Acoustic Show – 28th September 2012

Ginger has announced an acoustic show at London’s Jubilee @ Camden Barfly on September 28, in addition to his 5 Aug appearance at Rebellion festival in Blackpool

The All Things Wildhearts Facebook page includes a voting section to request for songs to be played (search for Jenny Leeder’s post). As Ginger requests, please only ticket holders should vote: “Please, ticket buyers only. It’s really pointless filling the set with requests from people who won’t be there.”

New Acoustic Tour Documentary

FREE Ginger Show!

Ginger will be playing a FREE gig at The Asylum in Birmingham on July 6th as a warm up for this year’s Sonisphere Festival.

Ginger will be joined by ‘Random’ Jon Poole, Rich Jones & Denzil, and will play both an electric and an acoustic set. Support will come from Exit_International and Vincent & The OnePotts to entertain you in between sets.

There are no tickets – just turn up and enjoy the party! Doors open at 7pm and the night will finish at 10.30pm. We have a capacity of 500 so should be able to accommodate everyone. Please note this is strictly an 18+ gig.

Remember this is a FREE gig, so get down early & bring your friends with you for a very special night. There will also be an exclusive Asylum t-shirt available just for this gig.

Ginger Rock Radio Interview

Ginger, Jase and Jon were interviewed by Tom Russell of Rock Radio in Scotland yesterday before their show at Glasgow’s Apollo 23.

As well as having a chat about current musical goings-on, the guys performed an acoustic version of Cheers.

The whole thing was videoed for posterity and you can watch it at the Rock Radio site.

Ginger Acoustic Benefit Show In Tokyo

Ginger will play a benefit show in Tokyo on Sunday 24th April in aid of those affected by the recent devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

The show takes place at Koenji High in Tokyo, tickets are ¥3,500 in advance (¥4,000 on the door), on sale from the Vinyl Junkie store from 26th March and general sale from 2nd April.

All proceeds will be donated in support of the ongoing aid efforts. Please see the Venue’s show page for full details and ticket links.

Following more than a few interest-piquing teasers from the man himself on Twitter, the details are in place and we can now reveal that Ginger will be heading out on an Acoustic tour in April and May.

This time ’round, Ginger will be accompanied by Jase Edwards and ‘Random’ Jon Poole which is likely to result in an evening’s entertainment you won’t forget in a hurry. Special guests each night will be Willie Dowling & John Steel from the wonderful Jackdaw4.
