Vote for 555% as Classic Rock’s Event of the Year

The direct to fan campaign for Ginger Wildheart’s album 555%, has been nominated for “Event of the Year” in the Classic Rock Magazine awards.

This is huge. Please vote on the Classic Rock website for the 555% PledgeMusic campaign

100% – UK album chart top 30

Ginger’s brand new album 100%, which was made through the direct to fan platform PledgeMusic, has entered the UK album chart at 27 (and 3 in the independent chart), his highest charting album since Fishing For Luckies in 1996! Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the project, enjoyed the songs, joined in on the listening parties, promoted the album across all of social media and made 100% / 555% the success that it is!

The man with the plan, Gav McCaughey, had this to say:

Hey guys – thank you so much for making 100% / 555% such a huge success. This is Ginger’s HIGHEST charting album since Fishing For Luckies in 1996. This has debuted higher than all of his solo albums and Chutzpah, The White album, Must be destroyed AND Endless Nameless from The Wildhearts.

To be celebrating a new top 30 album, 16 years after the last one is a massive achievement.

Thanks for helping make this happen.

While we’re on the subject of 555%, keep an eye out on your letter boxes as the physical versions have now been shipped to those of you who ordered the CD and vinyl packages…and boy do they look stunning!

Check out this video for the opening track of 100%, “Forget About It”, which features footage from Ginger’s recent tour of Japan:

The Triple Vinyl Has Arrived!

Yes, Pledgers, the moment has arrived: The Triple Vinyl versions of 555% are here.

The dedicated folks in the warehouse have been making up packages all day and all of the Vinyl and Triple CDs (both signed and non signed) will be dispatched tomorrow morning (Friday 22nd June)!

This means that the albums should be with you to coincide with the commercial album 100% hitting the shelves (and online stores worldwide) this coming Monday 25th June.

Updated Delivery Schedule of 555% & Release date of 100%

Hi Guys,

I finally have some more information to give you regarding the delivery of the Triple CD & Triple Vinyl.

We have recently been at the mercy of various factories, as they manufacture the Triple CD hardback book and Triple (coloured) Vinyl. The packaging on those is of a “bespoke” nature so the turnaround has taken far longer than if we had just made regular jewel case CDs.

This process is finally coming to an end and we have been informed by the manufacturers today that we should now have all of the stock on CD and Vinyl delivered by the second week of June. They should then be with you around the third week of June as we don’t anticipate any further delays.

Apologies once again for the hold up. The packaging looks amazing and I can’t wait until you have them in your hands.

Remember that all 30 tracks are available digitally NOW in the updates section of PledgeMusic if you haven’t heard them already.

100% Official Release Date:

Due to the delays on the triple album, we felt it was only right to push the official release date of the single disc album 100% in the UK, Europe and USA back 2 weeks to June 25th to coincide with everyone receiving their triple albums.

Thanks again for your patience and should you have any questions feel free to ask (direct contact info below).
